You could receive a video service from BIRDINO if you upload images for your advertisement. You grant an irrevocable license and consent to the exclusive use of your photographs for this service by uploading any photographs that are not covered by 2(3)(i) or (ii) above. You also represent and warrant that you have all rights, titles, and interests necessary for the upload and use of the photographs on this service.
In accordance with this service, BIRDINO may, in its sole discretion, turn your photos into a video using a third-party app or service, upload the video to www.youtube.com or another third-party service provider, as BIRDINO determines, and embed the video into your ad on BIRDINO.
You hereby agree to not post, email, host, display, distribute, change, publish, transmit, update, or otherwise make public any information on the Site.
Posting on BIRDINO is not permitted if the animal or reptile is a wild or dangerous one, such as a lion, tiger, snake, Scorpio, lizard, or crocodile. To publish this kind of product, you must have a legal permit to your country, which you must also post on the post. If any user is selling this without a permit, Birdino has the right to delete his ads or block that person.
According to national and international legislation, it is prohibited to use any type of restricted medication supplements in Birdino.
That promotes the sale of any illicit goods or SERVICES or any goods whose sale is prohibited or limited by applicable legislation, including without limitation goods whose sale is prohibited or regulated by local law.
Monthly subscription and a premium listing are two entirely separate things that cannot be combined. It is not true that you can post a premium ad for free if you have a monthly subscription plan. The premium listing cannot be changed. Once you've decided, be sure to pick the appropriate choice. All monthly subscription plans, premium listings, and promotions are non-refundable.
Users can pay a non-refundable charge to have their advertising posted in specific areas on the website using BIRDINO's "Featured Ads" service, which could increase their ads' visibility. If you purchase a subscription to an app or to a feature within an app, we will bill your payment credential immediately, and then again at the beginning of each subscription period. The following terms apply for subscriptions purchased through payments features through the BIRDINO Products. You only pay for the subscription plan for online STORE when you register an online store. Promotional posts and premium listings are not included in this subscription and will require separate costs.

We do not use sensitive personal data for ad targeting. Topics you choose for targeting your ad don't reflect the personal beliefs, characteristics or values of users, including the cancellation of ads you have placed and the termination of your account.
THE MEET VET AND CONSULATION SERVICE
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, I certify that the documents I submitted or uploaded to Birdino for the meet vet registration is accurate and complete, and I take full responsibility for any uploaded documents. The DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), Veterinary Technician, or register clinic documentation must be submitted by you or the user on Birdino. BIRDINO has the only authority to accept or reject your request after careful review.
We run the Online Veterinary Service through the BIRDINO, which allows you to get information, assistance, and/or advice from a variety of animal health experts ("Pet Professionals"). More information about the Online Service can be found at BIRDINO.
By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are the owner of the pet in question or that you have permission from the owner or another appropriate authority to use the Online Service in relation to that pet and to disclose information about that pet through the Online Service. You also agree to pay the Minimum Charge and any applicable Additional Charges in accordance with clause 4 below.
The next available Pet Professional will be given access to your appointment, who will examine the situation and schedule a consultation as soon as possible.
By clicking "PAY NOW", you agree to the BIRDINO Terms SERVICES including your obligation to comply with the BIRDINO ad Policy and BIRDINO subscription plans. In some parts of the Service, BIRDINO may charge a fee for posting Content ("Paid Posting"). The Paid Posting enables a certain piece of Content to be published for a predetermined amount of time in a specific location on the Website. Each party who posts content to the service is accountable for it and for adhering to the Terms. If a Paid Posting is not used within the allotted time frame or is withdrawn from the Service due to a violation of these Terms, it is not refundable. The Paid Posting cannot be moved from one User to another or offset against another Paid Posting.
A third-party agency, service, or intermediary that offers to post Content to the Service on behalf of others is referred to as a "Posting Agent" in the context of this document. Without BIRDINO's full written consent, it is against the law to employ posting agents in any way.
